Hi! I’m Holley Wlodarczyk, an artist and surface pattern designer working in Bloomington, Minnesota.
I grow many of the wildflowers featured in my art. When not in my home studio, you can usually find me wandering about my habitat gardens or nearby natural areas with my dog George. He loves to smell the flowers, as well as follow the scent trails left by the various critters that share our yard and parks.
All of my art is focused on native plants and the great diversity of wildlife they attract and support. As they grow and change through the seasons, I take countless photographs of these remarkable interactions between flora and fauna, sketching and studying their form and movement. The next steps include hand drawing each element and composing them as illustrations and repeat patterns.

Habitat Art on Everyday Products
Current products featuring my art include tea towels, aprons, notebooks and notecards. Future products are on the way, and they will always be pretty useful things—everyday objects covered in art that reconnects us to the beauty of everyday nature. Come see me at an upcoming live event in the Twin Cities area to see all available products and designs!

In addition to new artful household and paper products in the works, I will soon be offering print-on-demand apparel, art and photography prints. Stay tuned for more details!
